Avoid This Townhouse at All Costs I’ve stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, but this place is in a league of its own when it comes to disappointment. First, the pricing is deceptive. The advertised rate is for 2 people, but they then hit you with an additional $62 per night for each extra guest. And don’t be fooled—this is NOT an all-inclusive stay. The extra charge provides nothing extra—no amenities, no perks, just a cramped space with a few beds. But the worst part? The overbearing, harassing behavior. They have someone watching you like a hawk every time you come or go. The second you step on the property, you feel like you’re under surveillance. Want to have visitors? You’d better get pre-approval from their office, and they can only stay for two hours. Yes, two hours. It's ridiculous. We only stayed here because we did not need the food and amenities of an all inclusive but we will finish our trip at Iberostar- my peace and safety is worth the few extra dollars. Communication is nonexistent. You won’t get any information about the property until you’ve already been there for hours. You’re left to figure everything out on your own. Neena, the so-called property manager, is the worst communicator I’ve ever encountered. She is rude, condescending, and utterly lacks any basic customer service skills. It's hard to believe anyone would treat paying guests this poorly. I’ve spent thousands on this rental, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else—this place is a scam!

Booked this place last minute for the last 2 days of our trip. We were pleasantly surprised. Did we see small ants in the kitchen/dining room? Yes but, you have to take some things with a grain of salt. If they weren't previously mentioned, "ants" wouldn't have been mentioned in my review. There's no AC downstairs, but with the ceiling fan on, and the back window/screen door open, there's a constant breeze flowing thru the area so it was never unbearably hot. We stayed in unit#3 and had normal water pressure and frigid AC units in both bedrooms. It was a nice, clean basic 2 bedroom townhouse. Hats off to the Hospitalityexperts!!! They are the people you communicate with and ask any questions about the area or property. They recommend Mystic Thai and it was all that and then some!

Where do i begin. There is no AC on the first floor just a broken down ceiling fan stuck on the slowest setting so it feels like you're in a saunas and unfortunately we couldn't enjoy that part of the unit. The room was not cleaned properly or swept, it had sand and clumps of hair that was stuck to the entire circumference of the straw mat on the floor in our room(too bad I couldn't insert a video) the AC in the rooms stop every hour in the middle of the night unacceptable. The water pressure in both bathrooms was so low. The place is out dated, serious ant problem in kitchen, the fridge doesn't work properly, the oven was broken, Goodluck if you do not know how to use a gas stove because you have to light it with a match for it to turn on (which was not provided).. Thanks to Jave the onsite property manager, he was a big help.
